SPU Culinary Team represents Sodexo at the James Beard Foundations's Taste of America

On October 13, our Seattle Pacific University culinary team represented Sodexo at James Beard Foundation’s Taste of America Tour in Seattle. Our team made Bacon and Eggs: with cured and seared pork belly with Salmon Roe and Lemon with a Blueberry Gastrique on a Cornmeal Blini! We also made a great connection with Taylor Shellfish Farms at the event and planned a local farm event on January 9th.
