On January 9, 115 guests enjoyed Oyster Po’Boys made with Pacific Oysters grown in Washington by Taylor Shellfish Farms. With the goal of educating students and highlighting a local farm, we invited Call, Taylor Shellfish Farms Sale Representative, to tell the Taylor Shellfish story and educate our guests on sustainable shellfish farming. Our guests loved the new Farm to Table series and want more events like this!
